Camera problem

Earlier in the year I bought a new memory card because I thought that the cards that came with my camera were defective. Everytime I used them there would be several images that appeared to save correctly to the card but when I tried to review later, would cause an error. Getting a new card has not solved this problem. I am not going to investigate repairing the current camera because it would probably cost more than the camera is worth. I had a new camera on my wish list but in 2009 it's going to become an actuality.

I've had this particular digital camera for 6+ years and it was bought used. It's had a good run. I am hoping I can still use some of the accessories with my new camera. I only recently discovered that it came with a mini usb cord, because I had no reason to use a mini usb cord. In reading up on them, someone mentioned that if you had a digital camera you probably owned one. I looked into my camera bag (the camera came with it) and there was such a cord. It saved me a trip to the store or having to wait for one to arrive in the mail.
